Paul leads our renowned geotechnical and geo-environmental team and brings a depth of knowledge to our service delivery.
As well as holding multiple, specialist accreditations, allowing him to support clients on difficult projects he also supports the wider industry in developing best practice. He is a regular contributor to brownfield regeneration discussions and was a significant contributor in 2022 to the Environmental Industries Commission research on brownfield regeneration which identified guidance and policy recommendations.
With Hydrock, Paul’s track record includes the delivery of geo-environmental and geotechnical assessments for notable projects such as The Bermondsey Project in London, Prince Philip Park, a former military camp in Hampshire, a former Kodak factory at Harrow and the mixed-use development at Fort Halstead in Kent. Paul has also supported a number of London boroughs to help them de-risk sites identified for future residential, commercial and retail developments.
His career track record also includes the prestigious Campden Hill redevelopment in London and the mixed-use development Bankside in London.
London-based, Paul is well-networked in environmental due diligence market, and is also a registered Specialist in Land Condition (SiLC).
