Hydrock has secured a place on the Homes England Development and Regeneration Technical Services framework (DaRTS) for a second consecutive time to deliver multi-disciplinary engineering services.
Appointed under Lot 1, which is for 'end-to-end technical and professional services', our four-year appointment will mark our continued partnership with Avison Young on this framework.
Lot 1 replaces an existing multi-disciplinary technical services framework which we are currently on with Avison Young. The new DaRTS framework enables Homes England, as the government's non-departmental housing and regeneration agency, to procure suppliers to provide a range of built environment professional and technical services on proposed development sites.
Under this framework we can provide almost all our technical multi-disciplinary services to support vital new proposed housing developments. These opportunities cover the local plan promotion stage, concept masterplanning and the submission of full detailed planning applications.
With an estimated overall value of approximately £140m under Lot 1, Hydrock will bid with Avison Young to secure opportunities to advise on new schemes across England. Our framework team is led by Stuart Penberthy, Director in our Strategic Projects team, who said:
“It's great news to have secured our re-appointment to this four-year framework. It's testament to the quality and breadth of our capability in shaping housing-led masterplan schemes. We're also delighted to continue our partnership with Avison Young. We worked very successfully together under the previous framework which was acknowledged by Homes England in the quality of successful responses we made to the various schemes that came forward.”
Under the previous framework we advised on schemes including New Bond Street in Birmingham, the former RAF Henlow site in Bedfordshire, Chetwynd Barracks in Nottingham, East Norwich Masterplanning, and Cyber Central Garden Community in Cheltenham.
