Andy Scott

Andy has significant experience of working in a contracting environment within bid and preconstruction management. Based in Newcastle, Andy is responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of our team in the north-east and Yorkshire.

He has been involved in some of the UK’s largest construction projects, including leading roles in projects across the leisure, life sciences and energy sectors. This broad range of experience means Andy has been able to build strong relationships with developers, local authorities and contractors across the region.

Holding the NEBOSH Construction certificate, Andy is passionate about health and safety and ensures it is at the forefront of everything we do. He also sits on our Regional Social Value Committee, challenging our teams to greater contributions to the communities we work in.

In his spare time, Andy is the joint vice-chair of governors at a local high school and leads the school’s finance committee.
