David is responsible for our client offer, growth, and positioning in London and the south east.
David has deep and well-regarded experience in procurement, programme and project management in the real estate sector, leading and supporting teams focused on client needs, value, and sustainable outcomes.
David is a deal origination expert, working with public and private sector clients to foster a partnership approach to regeneration and development. His knowledge of funding and procurement mechanisms, and how to deliver a collaborative outcome from pre-planning works, is key to the results he achieves on a range of commercial, residential, leisure and mixed-use schemes across London and the south east.
His career track record includes working with Transport for London, London Borough of Ealing, Cambridge City Council, London Borough of Waltham Forest, Legal & General, University of Portsmouth, Surrey Police, RJW, and Waverley Borough Council.
For these clients, David has excelled at working within teams on the strategic procurement, development advice, business case development and project management of a variety of challenging and complex regeneration and community improvement programmes.
David has previously been partnerships director for Perfect Circle, engaging architects and consultants, and managing the opportunity pipeline from this framework that supports the utilities and public sectors.
David is also President of Forum for the Built Environment (FBE), leading this highly-regarded network for professionals across the sector, focused on continuous professional development.
