Eleanor provides guidance on connecting new developments to the existing electricity, gas, water and telecommunications network and assessing the local infrastructure to determine if there are any constraints and conflicts associated with a proposed development.
With experience at working on both the supply and network side of the utilities industry, she covers masterplanning stages and RIBA stages 2-4, and accounts for diversions, load calculations, capacity assessments and easements.
With Hydrock, Eleanor has worked on a number of high-rise and city/town centre residential schemes, including Points Cross in Leeds, Castle Park View in Bristol, and a 1,000 home mixed-use development in Milton Keynes. She was part of our team that secured planning approval for 4 Glass Wharf, a new office development in Bristol, advised on The Wave, and has supported utility connections to hotels and new school developments.
Eleanor is also an accredited STEM ambassador and has delivered many STEM workshops and presentations to school children from ages nine up to 18.
