Mandeep Singh Gill

With almost 10 years' experience for the main contractor in large-scale infrastructure projects, such as HS2, Luton DART and Wastewater Projects, Mandeep has been instrumental in shaping our digital safety team's processes and protocols for delivery.

Mandeep is responsible for advising on Building Safety Act implications and general Information Management. He can offer expert advice on the UK BIM Framework in association with principles of the Digital Golden Thread.

On a day-to-day basis Mandeep delivers training and works with organisations to adapt their policies and process to comply with the legislation. He also liaises with internal and external parties to help deliver building safety case reports and develop innovative processes to ensure compliance. Mandeep has helped both developers and contractors on high rise residential projects.

Mandeep has also been an active member of BIM4Water and has presented at events. He is currently a member of the Nima 'interest group' BIM4Housing.
