Based in London, Min is an experienced project director in our MEP team regularly working on complex, technical projects as part of our multi-disciplinary office in central London.
Min has expertise in all aspects of building services, with specialist knowledge of electrical engineering. His sector experience includes large-scale mixed-use development, data centres, commercial, education, industrial, high-end residential and heritage and listed buildings – notably museums and galleries.
His career track record includes acting as the electrical lead on White City Phase 3, a development of 521 apartments for St James Group; the retail and leisure package for Battersea Power Station Phase 2; full MEP design to refurbish Belmont House in Uxbridge for commercial use, including building services to new floors on top of the existing roof; the leisure centre and first residential stage of Greenwich Square; and high-end luxury residential apartments in Mayfair.
Min also has an impressive background in historic museums. At the Science Museum his work included the refurbishment of the East Hall first floor gallery and the new Technicians Gallery. He delivered the lighting design and electrical services for a new building at the D Day Museum in Southsea, and was involved in the sensitive restoration of the Grade 1 listed Great Pagoda at Kew Gardens which included modernising the building services – both projects were industry award winners for their restoration.
