Ryan is a very talented and driven Principal Engineer with experience across various sectors within the industry, including high rise residential developments, education and healthcare.
He successfully leads the mechanical and public health engineering aspects of complex and large-scale projects for Hydrock, including The Mercian, the tallest residential building in Birmingham at the time of its completion.
Ryan has strong commercial acumen and is exceptionally innovative., demonstrated by his exemplary work on Two Bridges, a Net Zero Carbon (NZC) pathfinder project for the Department of Education (DfE), that influenced the new DfE Output Specification. The pathfinder project revolved around providing a NZC Special Educational Needs or Disability (SEND) school.
Ryan is also a fantastic mentor for our junior engineers. He takes great care, time and effort in helping them to grow professionally, shaping their understanding and of projects and enabling them to succeed.
