Ryan Mullin

Ryan is a dynamic and technically gifted engineer who has worked in the building services industry for over a decade and now leads our MEP team in Leeds.

In his career, he has helped deliver the complete refurbishment of a 13-storey 1970s office block, 1 Lyric Square in Hammersmith, London which went on to achieve a BREEAM Very Good rating. Other standout projects include the £48m development of Bream Street, a mixed-use scheme providing 202 homes and 2,511 sq. m commercial space next to Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in East London, and the phased refurbishment of City Tower, Manchester.

Clients value Ryan for the way he works closely with them and other members of the design team to provide well-considered, sustainable and cost-effective buildings which deliver high quality environments.

This critical expertise spans early concepts, through to detailed design solutions, commissioning and ongoing support whilst in use.

Ryan is a CIBSE Low Carbon Energy Assessor (Level 5) accredited consultant.
