Working UK-wide, Stuart is a key member of our Strategic Projects team, providing a highly valuable single point of contact for our customers when we are delivering multi-disciplinary engineering services, which helps to build strong relationships and ensures accountability for our delivery at all stages.
Stuart has experience of working with clients in a wide range of sectors including logistics, later living, residential, commercial, retail, leisure and the public realm. In co-ordinating our delivery of a wide range of services, Stuart supports clients from initial stages through to masterplanning and construction.
As a professionally qualified civil engineer and a member of the Association for Project Management, the chartered body for project professionals in the UK, he has developed a broad breadth of knowledge of most engineering disciplines in a 30-year career working on civil and built environment projects.
His project experience includes Hinckley National Rail Freight Interchange, large residential schemes, a £200m portfolio of retirement developments for LifeStory, and a range of small scale infrastructure projects. Stuart also has significant experience in running large engineering consultancy service contracts and frameworks for key clients, and is a core member of our team working with Avison Young on the Homes England framework.
