Theo is highly experienced in project managing large-scale building services projects, collaborating and coordinating delivery with all related technical disciplines and stakeholders.
Theo focuses on operational and commercial matters, and is particularly interested in improving efficiencies, applying lessons learnt and enhancing team collaboration. Delivering projects from inception to handover, Theo promotes sustainable solutions in his work, ensuring schemes work efficiently, cost-effectively and with minimal environmental impact.
Based in London, and with career experience working in Europe, Middle East and Africa, Theo’s sector experience includes commercial, industrial, data centres, aviation, retail, leisure, hotels and residential projects.
Acting as either project director or lead, Theo’s career track record includes design of data centres in Wales and England; commercial buildings in Saudi Arabia; the mixed-use conversion of Westferry Printworks in London; Camp Hill, Birmingham, a modular 540-dwelling residential scheme; the brownfield development of the Byron Quarter in Harrow; a new terminal building at Luton Airport; a high-end office development on Old Street, London; development of 810 flats at Riverside Park, Park Royal; and a multi-phase regeneration plan in the London Borough of Havering.
