Tilly Crowhurst

Tilly leads the development and delivery of corporate social value strategies for our clients. In this role, she helps clients to link their strategies to Procurement Policy Note 06/20, which embeds social value in public procurement and other sustainability frameworks and business priorities.

With an advisory background in areas including the charitable sector, ESG, STEM education, diversity, equity and inclusivity, and early-career recruitment and people development, Tilly is well-placed to support our clients with all aspects of their social value strategy and implementation.

She helps clients identify what is most relevant and applicable to their organisation, and supports organisations to put in place processes to collect quantitative and qualitative social value data to respond to frameworks such as PPN 06/20. She also advises clients on their collaboration and outreach to all stakeholders - including supply chains, investors and employees - and ensures the strategy works in tandem with their net zero goals and overall sustainability strategy.

Tilly sits on Hydrock's ESG steering committee and leads on the 'social' part of our own strategy. She is a lead ambassador for STEM and in her early career with Hydrock was responsible for developing a programme of STEM activities across the UK to a network of educational organisations.

Tilly is also a T-Level ambassador and has previously helped our business to build a network of educational providers of T-Levels close to our largest offices as we began to offer placements. She had also doubled our intake of apprentices through a dedicated programme to provide learning and development.

Tilly actively engages with Business in the Community (BITC) through our membership of this organisation.
