Tim Cuell

Tim leads the strategic direction of bidding within our business, and maintains a hands-on approach to consistently deliver excellence to our clients and partner community.

Tim plays a key role in the development of client management plans, as well as identifying growth strategies for a number of sectors, most notably education, defence, local government and highway infrastructure. He is also an experienced framework director, and understands the opportunity and value to be gained from a collaborative approach to framework agreements.

With over 30 years’ experience in the property industry, he excels at engaging with clients during positioning, bidding and delivery stages and has an excellent rapport with our clients.

In his role, Tim enjoys direct involvement in the development of capture, bidding and commercial stages. His analytical assessment of opportunities and risks allows business to be won and delivered effectively and profitably.

Tim has worked in the transport, civil and building engineering areas of construction and also has technical knowledge of front-end planning and development activities in the land and property market, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to new challenges.
